This event was attended by thousands of visitors, jazz enthusiasts and jazz communities from all over Indonesia.

You gonna see awesome environtment of stage, yes Brayut village with awesome atmosphere, you can smell the smell of the ground and rice paddies. Your bike also will parking in bulls cage.

BEAUTIFUL NIGHT SKY
You gonna see beautiful night sky on the concert because it open space. It become exotic atmosphere with bamboo chairs and the strong lights.

CHEAP
It’s not cheap. But, it’s free.

DESCRIPTION:

Ngayogjazz is an annual jazz festival in Yogyakarta organized by the artists and the local jazz community of Yogyakarta since 2006 in Brayut village consistently held jazz in the middle of rural life.

Ngayogjazz an open space for musicians, organizers, visitors, until the villagers. In fact, the natural state over the course of events generate a new experience in enjoying jazz music.

In this Ngayogjazz, there are three stages named after the character Pandowo Lima, Puntadewa Stage, Stage Janaka, Werkudara Stage, Stage Nakula and Sadewa Stage.

10 AM – 10 PM

LOCATION:
Brayut village.

Village (Desa): Brayut
Sub-district (Kecamatan): Pandowoharjo
Regency (Kabupaten): Sleman

About 15km or 30 minutes to north from downtown Yogyakarta.

HOW TO GET TO THE SITE:

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a cheap public transport to get there. Trans Jogja Bus. Ticket only IDR 4,000. You must go to halte bus/bus stop of Trans Jogja. Then, you must reach to Jombor bus station halte or (halte Terminal Jombor). Then, change to Taxi motor. Ask to the operator if you still confused. Operator will glad to give information. :-)

From Adi Sutjipto Airport :
please take Route 3A – Stop in Condongcatur Shelter,
then please take Route 2A – Stop in Jombor Shelter
From Tugu Railway Station :
please take Route 3A (Malioboro) – Stop in Ngabean Shelter,
then please take Route 2B – Stop in Jombor Shelter
From Giwangan Bus Station :
please take Route 3B – Stop in Ngabean Shelter,
then please take Route 2B – Stop in Jombor Shelter

From Jombor Bus Station :
please take a taxi motor to the site

**) Trans Jogja operates from 5:30 AM until 9:30 PM

“Bhineka Tunggal Jazznya” comes from the philosophy of Unity in Diversity. This theme is interpreted as different but still united by jazz music.
