This event was attended by thousands of visitors, jazz enthusiasts and jazz communities from all over Indonesia.

AWESOME ENVIRONTMENT
You gonna see awesome environtment of stage, yes, Gilangharjo village with awesome atmosphere, you can smell the smell of the ground and rice paddies. Your bike also sometime will parking in bulls cage.

BEAUTIFUL NIGHT SKY
You gonna see beautiful night sky on the concert because it open space. It become exotic atmosphere with bamboo chairs and the strong lights.

CHEAP
It’s not cheap. But, it’s free.

DESCRIPTION:

Ngayogjazz is an annual jazz festival in Yogyakarta organized by the artists and the local jazz community of Yogyakarta since 2007 in the village that consistently held jazz in the middle of rural life.

Ngayogjazz an open space for musicians, organizers, visitors, until the villagers. In fact, the natural state over the course of events generate a new experience in enjoying jazz music.

Ngayogjazz has concept nomaden Jazz Festival. It held in different village every year.

HELD ON:
NOVEMBER 17th, 2018

OPENING HOURS:
10 AM – 2 PM (Local art show).
2 PM – 11.30 PM (Jazz show).

LOCATION:
Kledokan, Gilangharjo village, Pandak, Bantul.

Village (Desa): Kauman, Gilangharjo
Sub-district (Kecamatan): Pandak
Regency (Kabupaten): Bantul
Province (Provinsi): Yogyakarta

DISTANCE:
About 20 km or 42 minutes to west from downtown Yogyakarta.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

No direct public transport to the site.

Better you take online taxi or online scooter taxi such as Go-jek or Grab bike. Their fee is make sense. But, you have to install  the apps first.

*) There is free shuttle bus to the location that called as Shuttle Jazz.
